Shantanu Kumar

Shantanu Kumar has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at ShareChat since November 2020, with previous positions as Assistant Manager and Operations Lead. Prior to ShareChat, Shantanu worked at Bellacor from September 2018 to March 2020 as Operations Lead, overseeing a team of 15 members and managing process transitions. Shantanu has also contributed to Tesco Bengaluru from January 2015 to September 2018 as Senior Officer in Merchandising Operations, supporting stock forecasting and ordering for UK stores and online channels. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role at Flipkart in 2014, focusing on customer interactions and seller guidance. Shantanu holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fergusson College, earned from 2004 to 2008.
