Peter Grant

Head of Build (Towers & Upgrades) at Shared Access at Shared Access

Peter Grant has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Peter began their career in 2000 with Thames Water as a Planning Engineer before moving to MOUCHEL plc., where they worked as a Project Manager/Engineer for eight years. During this time, they gained extensive experience in water distribution, network operation, and man-management skills. Peter then transitioned to the education sector, working as a Secondary School Science Teacher at Broughton Business and Enterprise College. In 2011, Peter joined Virgin Media as a Planning Engineer, where they demonstrated strong adherence to cost, quality, and legislation. Peter also promoted safe working environments and complied with Virgin Media's End to End Process. Peter then joined Daly International in 2014 as a Build Manager, responsible for successful planning, execution, and handover of sites on various projects. In 2017, they joined Shared Access LTD as a Build Project Manager and later took on the role of Build Manager at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL) for 5G Rollout. Currently, Peter is the Head of Build (Towers & Upgrades) at Shared Access.

Peter Grant's education history begins in 1989 when they enrolled at Bangor University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology. After a few years, in 1993, they attended the University of Aberdeen for a year and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Pesticide Chemistry, Environmental Sustainability. Continuing their education, in 2004, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert) in Waste Management at the University of Central Lancashire. Lastly, from 2008 to 2010, Peter attended the University of Cumbria, where they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Science Teacher Education/General Science Teacher Education.
