Bram Ketting

Bram Ketting has a diverse work experience in the field of risk management, cyber strategy, and IT risk management. Bram is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of 3rdRisk, a smart risk platform that simplifies third-party risk management. Prior to this, Bram was a member of the UK/EU Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Strategies Working Group at Shared Assessments, where they focused on documenting strategies and emerging best practices for TPRM challenges.

Before that, Bram worked as an independent cyber strategy consultant at Risk Insight, where they specialized in designing and implementing integrated cyber security strategies for various clients. Bram worked on assignments such as designing a new global cybersecurity strategy for a large retailer and implementing a new cybersecurity strategy for a Dutch mobile operator.

Bram also gained extensive experience at Deloitte Nederland, where they served as a Senior Manager in the Cyber Strategy department, managing large and complex cyber security projects. Bram was part of the Cyber Strategy management team and specialized in cyber strategy and IT risk management.

Prior to their time at Deloitte, Bram worked as a Manager of Risk & Compliance at Leaseweb, responsible for designing and implementing the risk & compliance strategy for a leading cloud and infrastructure provider.

Earlier in their career, Bram worked as a Security & Privacy Consultant at Deloitte Nederland and also served as a Work Student and part-time consultant during their time at the company. Bram also had a role as a Functional Designer at Zuyderland.

Overall, Bram Ketting has a strong background in risk management, cyber strategy, and IT risk management, with experience in leadership positions as well as independent consulting roles.

Bram Ketting completed their Executive Education in Innovation in the Age of Disruption at INSEAD in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Amsterdam from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Bram has obtained multiple certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services in 2018, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) from (ISC)² in 2016, Certified Information Systems Security Professional® (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2015, and Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) from ISACA in 2013.
