Krystal Riggins

Krystal Riggins has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Krystal began their career at The University of Alabama at Birmingham as a Clinical Support staff, where they maintained confidential and accurate medical records. Krystal then worked at Girls Inc. of Central Alabama as an Outreach Contract Educator, delivering age-appropriate research-based programming in schools and community settings. From there, they became a Program Coordinator, responsible for scheduling and delivering prevention-focused programming and providing resource guidance.

Krystal then transitioned to Erlanger Medical Center as a Health Educator, where they planned, implemented, and evaluated health risk reduction and wellness programs for patients and employees. Krystal also created monthly health displays and facilitated enrollment into the Family Health Study. Following this role, they worked at Learner New York, Inc as a Sales Lead, managing sales associates and contributing to achieving sales goals through exceptional customer service.

In 2016, Krystal joined Amerigroup as a Health Promotion Consultant.
