Gav Gordon-Rogers

Gav Gordon-Rogers has extensive experience in the creative communications industry. In 1998, they began their career as a director at Bullet, a music video production company. In 2002, they joined Glue London as a copywriter and senior copywriter, where they helped the agency win several awards. In 2005, they and their partner Gemma moved to Agency Republic as senior creatives and were later promoted to Creative Directors. In 2011, they became Interactive Creative Director at Wieden + Kennedy, where they were responsible for the interactive output and managed a team of creative technologists and digital designers. The agency won several awards during their tenure. Gav also served as a freelance Creative Director at adam&eveDDB and helped the agency win the lastminute.com pitch. In 2012, they co-founded ShareIn, an equity crowdfunding website, and joined DigitasLBi as Executive Creative Director and Managing Partner. Gav and their partner then set up Lost Boys, a creative boutique agency within DigitasLBi, which grew from a team of three to twelve in two years. In 2017, Gav co-founded World Headquarters, an innovative, ideas-led communications micro-agency, and in 2020 they became a Creative Partner at WEAVE.

Gav Gordon-Rogers studied Visual Communication (Film and TV) at Edinburgh College of Art, graduating with a BA(Hons) in 1996.
