Charly CRUZ has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting from 2013, Charly worked as a Manager - Team Leader at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where they managed a team of twenty people and acted as an intermediary between the headquarters in London and Galeries Lafayette for commercial operations, visits, and logistics.

In 2016, Charly joined Deliveroo as an Agent MCS (Mails, Chat, Réseaux sociaux), where they handled customer queries and communication through various channels.

Next, Charly worked at Captain Contrat from 2016 to 2018. Charly initially served as a Business Development professional and later transitioned to the role of Happiness Manager. Charly'sresponsibilities included fostering company culture, organizing sports events, team-building activities, and implementing tools to measure employee well-being.

In 2018, Charly joined papernest as a People Care Manager. Charly focused on office management, ensuring the proper maintenance of facilities, negotiating contracts with external providers, and overseeing the quality of work-life in the organization.

From 2019 to 2021, Charly worked at Adikteev as an HR and Office Manager. In this role, they handled various HR operations such as onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll coordination, and being the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

Currently, Charly is working at Shares as a People Operations Manager, a role they assumed in 2022. The company is a social investment platform that allows anyone to access the stock market and engage with a community of investors.

Throughout their diverse work experience, Charly has gained expertise in people management, office administration, HR operations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Charly Cruz has a Master en droit in Droit international des affaires, du commerce et droit fiscal from CY Cergy Paris Université, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Master en droit in Droit international et études juridiques internationales from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which they pursued from 2011 to 2012.
