Mohammed Hanif

Mohammed Hanif has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Mohammed began their career in 1999 as an Information Technology System Architect at Motorola Mobility. In 2003, they joined Sears Holdings Corporation as an Application Development and Ops Leader. In 2005, they moved to Grainger as a Manager, Data Center Engineering, and later as a Senior Director of Design & Engineering, and Vice President of Technology & Engineering. In 2017, they were recruited by Libra Solutions as the Chief Technology Officer to overhaul an outdated enterprise IT environment and underperforming team. Mohammed authored an enterprise-wide integration strategy, drove several complex integrations, and implemented a shared services model, systems migration to Azure cloud, conversion of physical servers to virtual, a business continuity plan, disaster recovery strategy, and Agile software delivery methodology. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Information Officer of Sharetec Systems.

Mohammed Hanif completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2017, with a focus in Business Administration. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Mohammed also has experience in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Grainger.
