Matt Lee

Matt Lee has a diverse work experience across various industries. Matt began their career as a Legislative Intern at the Office of US Senator Marco Rubio, where they assisted with research and supported constituent needs. Matt then worked as a Human Resources Intern at SnugZ USA, where they gained experience in writing job descriptions and assisting with training modules. Matt then joined J. Reuben Clark Law School as a Media Specialist, responsible for setting up equipment, providing audio and video recordings of classes, and participating in the hiring process.

In 2016, Matt started working at Georgia-Pacific LLC, initially as a Human Resources Associate, and later as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Manager. Matt played a crucial role in managing employee relations, overseeing systemic changes, and developing action-plans for recruiting and retention. Matt also served as a Manager Human Resources Business Partner, acting as a liaison between front-line employees and management.

Since 2018, Matt has been employed at ShareTown, Inc. as a Regional Manager. Matt has held this position since January 2018 and continues to excel in this role. A more recent achievement is their appointment as Regional Manager for a new region in June 2021.

Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated strong skills in organization, change management, and communication.

Matt Lee's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho. Matt transferred schools and completed their general studies there until 2012. From 2013 to 2016, Matt pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Human Resources, General at Brigham Young University. Recently, in 2022, they started attending Gonzaga University to pursue a Master of Arts - MA in Organizational Leadership.
