Rahul Gulati

Rahul Gulati has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the COO (North America) and Board Member at Shargo Auto Electricals, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Founder of Sierra Grates starting in August 2022.

From 2020 to April 2023, Rahul worked at Rivian as the Senior Director, Head of Engineering - Digital Service Platform. Rahul played a key role in building a highly scalable team and services platform for digital asset monitoring and services at Rivian.

Before joining Rivian, Rahul held positions at GE Digital as the Head of Enterprise Data & Integration Platform in 2019, and as the Engineering Director and Head of Enterprise Data and Analytics in 2018. At GE Digital, they led the development efforts for building and executing the vision and strategy for next-generation enterprise data and analytics platforms.

In 2016, Rahul served as the Director of Engineering at OpenX, where they led engineering teams responsible for designing and developing highly scalable data analytics and visualization platforms.

Prior to OpenX, Rahul worked at PayPal from 2007 to 2016, where they held various leadership positions. Rahul was the Head of Engineering for Marketing and Click Stream Data Analytics & Platform, leading the near real-time clickstream platform and analytics for critical business decisions. Rahul also served as a Senior Engineering Manager for Risk Platform and Services, overseeing the design and maintenance of AML and identity verification platforms. Additionally, they were an Engineering Manager for Globalization and Marketing Technology, responsible for the development and operations of the globalization and web marketing platform.

Rahul's earlier work experience includes roles at Accenture as an Engineering Manager, at Shargo India as a Manager of Software Technology, and at NIIT Technologies Limited as a Systems Engineer.

Rahul Gulati has completed Business Management studies at AIMA, with a focus on International Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanicals from JTM COE (MS). Additionally, Rahul has participated in Ebay Inc's Emerging Leadership Cohort program, which has provided him with valuable training and experience in leadership and management within the company.
