Maimuna R. is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in career development and professional networking. As the Founder and CEO of Pupilar UAE since November 2019, Maimuna R. has spearheaded initiatives aimed at enhancing youth careers, including managing GEN2XP, UAE's largest youth career community. In addition to this role, Maimuna R. serves as the Activation Manager for Ru'ya Careers 2024 at DWTC Exhibitions and has been recognized as one of the top eight Women in Tech Startups by EWA Accelerator in collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Economy. Maimuna R. is actively involved in various organizations, including as a Value Co Creator at AREA 2071, a Startup Member at in5 Dubai and Sheraa, and a member at 24SIX9. Maimuna R. has also held creative leadership roles, such as the Creative Director at EZ Car Events and Project Manager for the COP28 Green Skills Fair x Pupilar.
