Mohammad Sameeullah is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support engineering. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Engineer at Sharjah Media City (Shams) since April 2021, Mohammad previously held the position of IT Engineer at Al Shafar Steel Engineering (ASSENT) LLC from June 2015 to May 2020, where responsibilities included providing technical support to over 300 users through an IT ticketing system. Earlier in the career, Mohammad worked as an Information Technology Support Officer at Knoah Solutions from January 2013 to January 2015, delivering first line support and resolving technical issues. Mohammad earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2008 and 2012.
