Jens Holmegaard

Jens Holmegaard is an accomplished managing director and shareholder with extensive leadership experience, currently serving at Shark Solutions since May 2005. Previously, Jens held similar roles at Bentley Collection ApS (2004-2010) and Unico International A/S (1999-2003), showcasing a consistent track record of management expertise. Jens also served as Executive Vice President at Unicon A/S (1997-1999) and was managing director at Flexton A/S (1990-1996). Jens holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Denmark and an HD in Organisation from Copenhagen Business School, along with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Management from DTU. The educational background is complemented by secondary schooling at Kalundborg Gymnasium.
