Ahlam Osama has a diverse range of work experience. ahlam began their career at Media Fel El5eer as an Information Technology Manager in October 2015 and worked there until September 2016. ahlam then transitioned to SMU, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from March 2016 to July 2017.

In 2017, Ahlam took on a role as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Science Club, specifically focusing on the Let's Make a Robot Competition. During this time, they developed and optimized the robot's structure design.

From September 2018 to August 2020, Ahlam worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer for Team Lycans, an advanced class team from Alexandria University. ahlam'sresponsibilities included designing the fuselage of an RC plane, simulating different designs to minimize drag force, and contributing to the manufacturing and assembly processes.
