Franchesca Carrington

Franchesca Carrington, M.Ed. (she/her) has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Franchesca most recently held the positions of Vice President, DEI & Talent Development and Senior Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at SharkNinja and Thermo Fisher Scientific respectively. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, they developed and implemented strategies to recruit and retain diverse talent. Carrington also served as a Manager, Global Talent Development at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they spearheaded initiatives to foster a culture of belonging.
