Jason Marino

Jason Marino has a strong legal background with experience in various companies and organizations. Jason most recently worked at SharkNinja as the Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel, overseeing global commercial activities. Prior to that, they were an Associate General Counsel at StayWell and held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at ALEX AND ANI. Jason also served as an Associate General Counsel at JM Family Enterprises and worked as an Assistant Legal Counsel at Connecticut Children's Medical Center. Early in their career, they gained valuable experience as an Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Jason began their career as a Federal Law Clerk for the Honorable William C. Conner at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Jason Marino obtained their Juris Doctorate degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science at the University of Rhode Island.
