Kleona Mack

Kleona Mack is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at BeautySharkNinja since May 2025, Kleona has previously held the same title at Glossier, Inc. from April 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities also included SVP of Global Marketing & Product Development and VP Brand. Prior experience at L'Oréal from May 2012 to April 2021 encompassed roles such as Vice President of CMO Strategic Projects and Manager focused on strategic planning for YSL Beauty and European Designer Fragrances. Kleona's experience also includes a directorship at Tarte Cosmetics from January 2013 to January 2015.
