Mindy Gomes Casseres

Mindy Gomes Casseres has a diverse work experience in the fields of sustainability, climate change, and environmental consulting. Mindy is currently working as the VP of ESG at SharkNinja since August 2023. Prior to that, Mindy founded Blue House Sustainability Consulting in March 2020, and worked as the Head of Sustainability at Panera Bread from January 2016 to March 2020. Mindy also has experience as a Principal Consultant in sustainability and climate change at ERM from September 2011 to December 2015. Before that, Mindy held a director position at Cone, Inc. from January 2005 to November 2011, and worked as a Program Analyst at the US Forest Service from May 2000 to August 2002. Mindy began their career as a Consultant II at PwC from August 1997 to June 2000.

Mindy Gomes Casseres holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they obtained between 2002 and 2004. During the same period, they also earned an MS in Natural Resources Management from the University of Michigan - School for Environment and Sustainability. Mindy Gomes Casseres' undergraduate degree is a BA in Russian Literature, which they obtained from Bowdoin College between 1993 and 1997.
