Stephen Wetmore

Stephen Wetmore has a diverse work experience in various roles within the logistics and supply chain industry. Stephen is currently serving as the Senior Vice President Global Logistics at SharkNinja since September 2021. Prior to this, they were a Partner at The Partnering Group from February 2021 to September 2021.

Before joining The Partnering Group, Wetmore had a long tenure at Walmart, where they held several senior roles. Stephen served as the Senior Director II of Reverse Operations at Walmart Supply Chain from April 2017 to January 2021. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in areas such as E-commerce Optimization, Operations Management, Reverse Logistics, Grocery, Regional, Fashion, Team Building, SG&A, and Loss Prevention.

During their time at Walmart, Wetmore also held positions such as Senior Director II of Reverse Logistics and General Manager. Stephen started their career at Walmart in 1991 as an Area, Operations, and Assistant General Manager, showcasing their continuous growth within the company. Throughout their career, Wetmore has been focused on driving success through effective team management and optimizing supply chain operations.

Stephen Wetmore completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Franklin University in 1991. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbus State Community College in 1988. In 2016, Wetmore pursued further education, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Franklin University with a focus in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
