Susan Frechette

Susan Frechette is a seasoned communications leader with extensive experience in corporate communications and public relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Communications at SharkNinja, Susan previously held the position of Head of Communications at Symbotic for a brief period. At Wayfair, from June 2015 to May 2024, Susan advanced through multiple roles, contributing significantly to communications strategy for key business initiatives, managing crises, and enhancing brand reputation. Prior to Wayfair, Susan worked at PAN Communications in various capacities, including Senior Account Supervisor and Digital Strategist, where management of diverse account teams and development of digital media strategies were pivotal. Additional early career experience includes roles at Nickerson PR and New England Apartment Guide. Susan holds a BA in English from Saint Joseph's University and has studied at University College Cork.
