Nora Boswell Allen

Nora Boswell Allen has a extensive work experience in the field of development and fundraising. Nora worked at Sharp HealthCare from 2011 to present, starting as a Development Officer and then progressing to Director of Development and eventually Chief Development Officer. At Sharp HealthCare, they led a philanthropic program, successfully executed capital campaigns, and managed a 25-person board and six committees. Nora also worked at Second Chance as a Senior Development Associate, where they implemented a fundraising plan and achieved a $1 million goal. Nora has also served as a Board Member and Board Treasurer for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, San Diego Chapter. Additionally, they worked as a Development Associate at St. Madeleine Sophie's Center, where they contributed to annual giving and special event outcomes.

Nora Boswell Allen obtained a Certificate of Fundraising Management (CFRM) from the University of Indiana School of Philanthropy in 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands from 2004 to 2007.
