Sherry Lipford

Sherry Lipford has extensive work experience in healthcare analytics and data analysis. Sherry worked at Sharp HealthCare from 2002 to 2007, holding various roles. Starting as a Quality Data Analyst, they authored reports and analyzed data to contribute to continuous quality improvement projects. Sherry then became a Workforce Planning Analyst, providing data for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award application and assisting with HR initiatives. Later, Sherry worked as a Health Services Data Analyst, where they supported Pay for Performance initiatives and designed reporting strategies for improved clinical outcomes. Their most recent role at Sharp HealthCare was as a Principal Business Intelligence Analyst, leading cross-functional teams and developing AI-enhanced systems and solutions. Sherry has experience collaborating with business partners on enterprise analytics offerings and data integration.

Sherry Lipford holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Services Administration from San Diego State University. Sherry also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from the University of California, Riverside. Sherry has additional certifications in various data models, including Caboodle Data Model, Clarity Data Model, Clinical Data Model, and Cogito, all obtained in 2022. Sherry also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Sharp HealthCare.
