Pamela Hynes has a vast experience in various leadership roles in companies such as Sharpen, Genesys, Interactive Intelligence, and Software Artistry. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Sharpen, Pamela is responsible for managing business operations, establishing policies, and promoting the company's vision and culture. Prior to this, Pamela held roles such as VP Worldwide Client Success and VP CaaS Operations at Interactive Intelligence. Pamela holds a BS in Management Information Systems from New Hampshire College.
