Pam Hynes is the current Chief Operating Officer at Sharpen. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Worldwide Client Success at Interactive Intelligence from 1996 to 2016, and the Director of Support at Software Artistry from 1988 to 1996.

Pam has over 25 years of experience in successfully integrating customer success teams with various organizations. Pam excels in developing and managing customer success tools such as Customer Success Plans, Account Plans, Territory Summaries, and Executive Business Reviews. Under their leadership, the customer satisfaction rate increased significantly.

Pam is a highly effective communicator and problem solver. Pam is able to quickly establish trust and rapport with customers, build strong relationships, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Pam is also an expert in conflict resolution and has a proven track record in successfully managing difficult customer situations.

Pam is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop long-term plans that are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Pam is an excellent leader who is able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve their highest potential. Pam is truly dedicated to their work and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.

Pam Hynes has a BS in Management Information Systems from New Hampshire College.
