Giovanna Manto is an accomplished leadership coach and facilitator with extensive experience in organizational transformation. As the Founder of Healthy Change since 2012, Manto has focused on empowering clients to enhance their leadership capabilities in dynamic environments. Manto co-founded Healthy Change Partners, collaborating with multinational organizations to facilitate leadership shifts and effectiveness through psychodynamic coaching tools. Manto serves as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at THNK School of Creative Leadership, an Associate Executive Coach at BTS Coach, and holds several coaching roles at companies such as Sharpist, BetterUp, and CoachHub.
