Liudmyla Goi

Liudmyla Goi is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at SharpMinds, a position held since June 2017. Under Liudmyla's leadership, the recruitment team expanded to four members, three additional offices were established, and recruitment best practices were shared among different locations. Liudmyla has expertise in designing and updating hiring processes to enhance internal efficiencies and candidate experience, as well as developing hiring roadmaps and sourcing strategies. Prior to this role, Liudmyla worked as an IT Recruiter, managing the full recruitment life cycle for IT specialists and collaborating closely with hiring managers. Earlier career experiences include positions such as Trade Representative at Class i C, Deputy Head - Leading Specialist at A-Bank, and Specialist at PrivatBank, which involved customer attraction and mentoring. Liudmyla Goi holds a Master’s degree in Economic Cybernetics from Chernivci National 'Juriy Fedkovyc' University, obtained in 2009.
