Natalya Zhuk

Natalya Zhuk is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Currently serving as the Head of the HR Department at SharpMinds since December 2014, Natalya has also held roles as Operations Manager and HR Manager, overseeing staff motivation, performance evaluation, and benefit administration. Prior experience includes leading a team at the Chernivtsi department of Krayina Insurance Company and serving as a Technical Assistant in a sustainable development project with TACIS. Natalya holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics of Entrepreneurship from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics and a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Chernivci National 'Juriy Fedkovyc' University.
