Shrm Rick Williams

Rick Williams, SPHR SHRM-SCP is currently contracted by Monongalia County Schools as Chief Administrator for Employee Relations Grievances. Previously, Rick retired as the Director of Human Resources at the same school district and also served as the Executive Director at North Central WV Building & Construction Trades Council, AFL-CIO. With a Master's degree in HR and Industrial Labor Relations from West Virginia University, Rick has a strong background in human resources management and labor relations.
