Rafi Mottahedeh

Rafi Mottahedeh is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax law. Currently serving as a Tax Partner at Shartsis Friese LLP since May 2022, Rafi previously held the position of Tax Counsel at Cargill from August 2018 to May 2022 and worked as an Associate at Jenner & Block from December 2014 to July 2018. Rafi's academic background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from New York University, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Northwestern University, and both a Master of Arts (MA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Near Eastern Languages & Civilizations from the University of Chicago.
