Chandler Dixon

Chandler Dixon is an accomplished Chef De Cuisine currently employed at Shashi Hospitality Group since May 2021, where previously held the position of Sous Chef. Prior experience includes multiple roles as a Line Cook at esteemed establishments such as Google, Chez TJ, Plumed Horse, and Mademoiselle Collette between June 2014 and February 2020. Chandler began a professional journey in the culinary field at Galata Bistro as a Waiter in 2014. Chandler holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the International Culinary Center, attained in 2016, and is a graduate of Menlo Atherton High School, class of 2015.
