Clint Hudson

Clint Hudson has extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce development, currently serving as a Talent Outreach Coordinator at Shasta County since August 2015, where responsibilities include developing and coordinating community outreach and educational presentations related to careers. Prior roles at Shasta County include Supervising Personnel Assistant, Lead Personnel Assistant, and Personnel Assistant, where Clint contributed to staffing solutions, team leadership, and recruitment processes. Additionally, work as an Employment and Training Worker II involved facilitating job readiness activities for clients in the CalWORKs program, and earlier experience as an Employment Service Instructor II included training clients in job skills. Clint holds a degree in Business and Human Resources Management from Simpson University and completed General Studies at Shasta College.
