Luis Trejo Manzano is an experienced professional in product management, customer success, and business acceleration. Currently serving as the Director of Product and Implementation Management at Shastic since January 2019, Luis has previously held the position of Customer Success Manager within the same company. Prior to Shastic, Luis held the role of Director of Business Acceleration & PR at Praxma Consulting from August 2018 to April 2019. Luis's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Genpact from October 2005 to June 2018, where the role was Assistant Vice President of Operations, overseeing the Hi-Tech Manufacturing and Services Vertical and developing strategies for business growth and market positioning.
