Alan Faulk

Alan Faulk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alan is currently serving as the Chief Learning Officer at Shatterbox, where they oversee the strategy and implementation of the learning platform. Prior to this, they were the President of Why Not Consulting, focusing on digital learning transformation for global companies. Alan also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at BizSprints, providing operational expertise for implementation partner Monday.com. Alan has a background in learning and development, having served as the Director of Learning and Development at Skill Dynamics and the National Training Manager at Apollo Education Group. Alan has also held leadership positions at Live Streaming Fitness, TPV.com, Crown Speakers Bureau, University of Phoenix, and Arbonne International.

Alan Faulk holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communications with a focus on Human Resources from Oral Roberts University, attending from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Alan has obtained various certifications, including the Customer Success Badge, Advanced Workflow Badge, and Product Badge from monday.com in 2021.
