Anju Mahbubani

Anju Mahbubani is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in retail, e-commerce, and merchandising. Currently serving as Managing Director and Commercial Director at Shaun Leane since December 2018, Anju oversees business operations with full P&L responsibility across four channels and reports to the Board of Directors. Prior experience includes a role as Merchandising & Operations Director at Seraphine, where Anju managed all sales channels and various operational functions, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO. Anju also contributed as Retail Director at TAKING SHAPE UK, aiding in the brand's market entry, and held a significant position at Fenn Wright Manson, where leadership in the retail division led to sales exceeding £20 million. Anju holds diplomas in Business of Fashion from the London College of Fashion and in Business Studies and Economics from Hammersmith and West London College.
