Jerome Reed, MS, MBA is an Independent Senior Management Consultant with over 35 years of nuclear knowledge and people management experience. Jerome has held various roles such as Senior Director of Construction, VP of Projects, VP of Construction, and VP of Operations. Their work experience includes improving organizational performance, mentoring, productivity improvements, process improvements, coaching, implementing and managing performance indicators, and teamwork. Jerome has also demonstrated their expertise in budgeting, project cost estimating, project scheduling with a clear understanding of critical paths, and implementing best practices in the workplace. Jerome has worked for companies such as J A Reed Professional Services, CB&I AREVA MOX Services, LLC, and URENCO USA. In their current role at CB&I AREVA MOX Services, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction for the MOX Fuel Fabrication Facility.
