Sarah Phillips is a Senior Administrator for Creative Management at Shaw Festival since November 2022. With over 20 years of experience as a Freelance Director, Sarah has developed, dramaturged, and directed various new and existing works across Canada, including audiobooks for Penguin Random House Canada. Sarah has also served as the Interim Theatre Officer at Ontario Arts Council and as the Artistic Director at Festival Players of Prince Edward County. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Arts Leadership from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Drama from University of Guelph.
