Benjamin Calderon

Benjamin Calderon is a Senior Project Engineer at Shaw Industries, having joined the company in July 2021 after serving as the NSL TEC Sector Manager and Industrial Progress Engineer at Michelin. With prior experience as a Maintenance Process Engineer at Shaw Industries, Benjamin has developed extensive knowledge of various utility processes, including cooling towers, chillers, and air distribution systems. Notably, Benjamin has successfully created business cases for capital projects, ensuring they meet cost justification, budgetary, and safety requirements, and has collaborated with teams to execute a three-week plant outage. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, earned between 2011 and 2016.
