Brady Fearnow

Brady Fearnow is an experienced automation professional with a diverse background in technical development and management. Currently serving as the Automation Manager at Shaw Industries since April 2019, Brady has also held various roles in automation engineering and technical support at the same company. In addition, Brady owns ADAQ Systems LLC, focusing on IoT interfaces and SCADA-based HMIs. Previous experience includes significant positions at Smithfield Foods, where responsibilities ranged from continuous improvement management to overseeing production operations and engineering automation solutions. Early career roles at Compass Industrial Group and Mobile Control Systems involved designing control systems and programming industrial equipment. Brady holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University.
