Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson possesses extensive experience in management and operations within both the private sector and the United States Air Force. Currently serving as the Department Manager at Shaw Industries since August 2014, Eric has held multiple roles, including Assistant Department Manager and Sr Process Engineer. Prior military service at the United States Air Force included high-level positions such as Capabilities Branch Chief for the C-17 Program Office and Squadron Commander, overseeing significant personnel and multi-million dollar budgets while successfully implementing cost-saving strategies and operational efficiencies. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
