Jennifer Merryman

Jennifer Merryman is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at Shaw Industries since August 2016, Jennifer previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager for Residential Sales. Prior to Shaw Industries, Jennifer was the HR Director at Xpress Global Systems from October 2008 to July 2016 and worked as a Compensation Manager at US Xpress from October 2006 to October 2008. Jennifer began their career as the Human Resources and Security Manager at PAE Government Services from September 1998 to August 2002. Jennifer holds an MBA from Marymount University and a BSBA from West Virginia University, completed between 1995 and 1998.
