Joshua Parish

Joshua Parish possesses extensive experience in production planning and management, primarily at Shaw Industries since June 2006. As a Master Scheduler for Carpet and Finished Yarn, Joshua has spearheaded the implementation of digital frameworks and integrated planning models, resulting in significant improvements to order scheduling and reduced backorders. Previous roles include Assistant Production Planning Manager, Yarn Warehouse Team Manager, and various team manager positions, where Joshua has established efficient operational procedures, enhanced safety standards, and led teams to achieve record production metrics. Educationally, Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Dalton State College.
