Strategic Account Manager – US & Canada at Shaw Systems

Kerry S. has extensive experience in account management and business development. They started their career at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), where they served as a Relationship Manager in the Client Advisory Group. In this role, Kerry created new logos, onboarded new clients, and provided guidance and assistance to firms. They successfully increased the number of clients from 13 to 70 within a short period of time.

After their time at DTCC, Kerry moved to IHS Markit, where they held multiple roles. They started as an Assistant Vice President of Account Management, overseeing high-revenue producing accounts for asset managers and hedge funds. Kerry then advanced to the position of Vice President of Account Management, where they collaborated with clients, mentored support teams, and maintained relationships with key stakeholders. Finally, they served as the Director of Account Management & Business Development, developing strategic plans and optimizing results.

Currently, Kerry is working at Shaw Systems Associates, LLC as a Strategic Account Manager for the US and Canada. In this role, they identify customer needs, service existing subscriptions, cooperate with project managers to guide clients towards future solutions, and explore integration opportunities to add revenue.

Kerry S. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, Kerry S. has obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental & Aquatic Sciences from the University of the District of Columbia.
