Alona De Havilland currently serves as a Steering Group Member at Bridgwater Arts Centre and leads the Disability Power 100 campaign at Shaw Trust, advocating for change and enhancing disability representation. With extensive experience in strategic communications, marketing, and reputation management at Shaw Trust and previously at Prospects, Alona has held multiple leadership roles including Employee Voice Chair and PR & Comms Manager, emphasizing employee engagement and internal communications. Alona is also a Trustee for Stand Against Violence, working to prevent violence among young people. Alona’s early career includes positions at EMAP plc, Bedrock Advertising, and BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory, complemented by education in English, humanities, and marketing from The Open University and CIM.
