Gillian Peace, Chartered MCIPD, AFHEA, is an experienced HR and Learning & Development professional currently serving as a People Professional & Learning & Development Coach at Shaw Trust since June 2024. In this role, Gillian focuses on coaching HR and Learning & Development professionals, designing and facilitating workshops, and assessing learners to CIPD Level 5 standards. As the Director of People Initiatives Ltd, Gillian provides consultancy services to help businesses develop and execute their Learning & Development strategies. Previous positions include roles as Head of HR & People Development at British Triathlon Federation, Talent & Apprenticeship Lead at Cadent Gas Limited, and Interim Head of Learning & Development at Buzz Bingo, among others. Gillian holds a degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from the University of Derby and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from the University of Southampton.
