James Salmon

James Salmon has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Starting in 2004 at PwC as an Associate, they then moved on to NatWest Group in 2007, where they held the roles of Senior Analyst and later Director of Financial Sponsors until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Fund Manager at Big Issue Invest, managing the Big Issue Invest Social Enterprise Investment Fund II. In 2019, they joined Shawbrook Bank as a Senior Director, originating single lender solutions for lower-mid market Private Equity backed SMEs. In 2020, they also became a Member of the Board of Trustees at Big Creative Education.
