Jerome Adams

Jerome Adams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jerome started their career at HSBC Sri Lanka, where they worked as a Banking Assistant in the MI Division and later in the Financial Control Division. After that, they joined IBM United Kingdom Ltd, where they held various roles including Commercial Analyst, Reporting Specialist & Tool Support, and Finance Transition & Transformation. Jerome then moved on to Direct Line Group as a TM1 Specialist, responsible for providing a robust Financial MI platform using TM1. Currently, Jerome is working at Shawbrook Bank, where they have held positions such as Development Lead for Cognos TM1 & Qlikview and Senior Manager Reporting & Analytics. Their roles involved overseeing and leading TM1 developments, data analytics, and reporting projects for the bank.

Jerome Adams holds a BA in Finance & Financial Information Systems from the University of Greenwich, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they pursued their Secondary Education in Finance and Commerce at St. Benedict's College from 1986 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as an IBM Planning Analytics V2.0.0 Modeler from IBM in the year 2020.
