Jim Moulton has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Jim has held various roles in different companies, including Head of Marketing Communications & Sponsorship at Shawbrook Bank's Enterprise division since January 2022. Before that, Jim served as the Marketing Director at the Property Finance Division of Shawbrook Bank, where they were responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy. Prior to Shawbrook Bank, Jim worked as the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager at the Financial Planning Association of Australia, where they oversaw marketing communications and brand strategy. Jim also worked as the Head of Marketing at RESIMAC, managing brand strategy and marketing for the group and associated investors. Jim's experience also includes being the Head of Marketing at Commercial First Mortgages, where they built the brand and established a strong position in the specialist lending market. Jim began their career at IMG Media, where they were involved in marketing and production.
Jim Moulton attended the University of Birmingham from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Business Marketing, Brand Strategy, Economics, and Organisational Theory. Prior to that, they completed their A-levels from Haileybury in Hertford, UK, from 1991 to 1996.
