Lea-Jane Baird has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the product management field. Lea-Jane began their career at The BIG Partnership as an intern, gaining valuable experience in corporate and consumer PR, as well as social media and digital media strategies. Lea-Jane then worked as a Clerical Assistant at the University of Dundee, where they managed databases and worked on a research project related to cancer risk. After that, they joined Freshwater UK as an Account Executive, handling press releases, media liaison, and client reports.

Lea-Jane then moved on to Breast Cancer Campaign, where they worked as a Clerical Assistant on a research project, collecting and handling sensitive data. Following this, they joined LogicNow as a Product Marketing Specialist, developing customer engagement strategies and launching new products.

Their next position was at Tesco Bank, where they started as a Product Marketing Manager, creating and analyzing marketing communication strategies for credit cards. Lea-Jane then transitioned into a Product Manager role, overseeing the implementation of legislative and regulatory changes for current accounts and credit cards. Eventually, they joined the Commercial Payments Strategy team as a Product Manager, focusing on inter-bank payments and collaborating with senior stakeholders and third-party partners.

Lea-Jane's most recent experience includes working at Modulr as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for cross-functional activities across key product streams. Lea-Jane actively managed the full product lifecycle and championed the customer's perspective to create value through Modulr's products. Currently, they are the Head of Product at Shawbrook Bank, utilizing their expertise to drive product innovation and excellence.

Lea-Jane Baird attended the University of Dundee from 2007 to 2011, where they earned an Executive Diploma and a Master of Arts Degree.
