Melanie Sweeney

Melanie Sweeney has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Melanie currently works at SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. as the Senior Regional Director, Client Retention & Growth. In this role, they are responsible for providing a reliable and tailored core system to maximize the bank's earnings within the regulatory and competitive challenges of the marketplace.

Before joining SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc., Melanie worked at AtClose as a Sales Director from April 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, they had multiple roles at Finastra, including Account Executive, Community Markets Sales Executive, and Business Development Representative from 2017 to 2021.

Melanie also has experience in the non-profit sector. Melanie worked at La Casa de Ronald McDonald Argentina as the Communications and Institutional Development professional from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they worked at Siena College in the Phonathon | Annual Fund role from 2013 to 2015.

Melanie Sweeney has a B.A. degree and a certificate in International Studies, Foreign Languages, and Business from Siena College. Melanie also studied at Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires and CEDEI - Centro de Estudios Interamericanos. Additionally, they attended the University of Deusto. Melanie has additional certifications including the ABA Certificate in Business and Commercial Lending from the American Bankers Association, the CFA Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute, and the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Finastra.
