Aaron Koury

Aaron Koury has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Aaron started in 2008 as a Landman at American Oil & Gas, Inc., where they co-developed a proprietary land lease and drilling scheduling program. Aaron then moved on to McElvain Energy, Inc. in 2011, where they managed multiple prospects and pitched potential clients to secure industry partners. In 2014, Koury joined Extraction Oil & Gas as a Senior Landman. Aaron was responsible for various land management tasks until they transitioned to Shea Properties in 2015 as the Director of Sales and Leasing. Additionally, Koury founded Rex Generation, LLC in 2012, where they developed a real-time lease management program called "Rex Generation." This program provides visual representation of oil and gas prospects using a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.

Aaron Koury completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance at the University of Denver from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Innovative Commerce Serving Communities from ICSC, National Association of Industrial/Office Properties from NAIOP, and Urban Land Institute from ULI Triangle, all in January 2016.
