Steven Perales

Steven Perales is an accomplished professional in the field of real estate and development, currently serving as the Director of Industrial Acquisitions & Development at Shea Properties since May 2006. Prior to this role, Steven was a Development Manager at Macerich from January 2001 to May 2006, and held the position of Tenant Coordinator at Center Trust between January 1998 and December 2000. Steven began their career as a Junior Designer at P+R Architects from June 1994 to September 1997. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Urban Development from Arizona State University, where studies were completed between 1994 and 1997.
