Administrative Coordinator at Sheaff Brock

Susan began her career in the financial industry in 1994 with the American Funds (now known as the Capital Group) as a supervisor in their Indianapolis Operations Department. Later working with One America as a Retirement Plans Consultant, Susan then moved to Charles Schwab where, as a client representative, she developed a body of knowledge regarding IRAs, trust accounts and estate resolution.

Susan brings 20-plus years of client service experience to the Sheaff Brock Client Solutions Team and provides administrative support for the portfolio consultants and Sheaff Brock clients.
